Rebecca Zhang
Founder + Yoga Instructor
Rebecca discovered her passion for Yoga in 2006, and since, has developed a strong connection with her practice. For Rebecca, Yoga has transitioned from a form of physical exercise to a medium for spiritual awareness.
Her dreams are orientated around creating a warm, community space, where people can connect, communicate and find true happiness within themselves. Rebecca aspires to encourage all community members to find their innate freedom, and create more peace, harmony, and balance within all levels of their being.
Rebecca is accepting and open-hearted; her classes flow coherently, with a focus placed on alignment, breathing and philosophical understanding.
Natasha Lay
Yoga Instructor
Natasha’s classes are creative and poetic, integrating elements of strength and gentleness while incorporating yoga philosophies. She is supportive and brings with her an element of humour through her guidance. Natasha focuses on alignment, strength and cultivating space for deep self-inquiry.
Natasha is always seeking to find artful ways to flow, taking students on a journey through asana to shift energy and find liberation in a higher vibration. You’ll no doubt walk away from her classes feeling lighter and brighter.
Louise Adey
Yoga Instructor
Louise is a yoga teacher from Vijdya Gurukal Ashram, India, inspired by traditional Indian Yoga, coming from Hatha and Ashtanga philosopies. In Louise’s classes, you will experience a complete practice through mantras, asanas, pranayama and meditation. Louise infuses the room with reiki, bringing an up lifting and restorative energy to your practice.
Louise believes that Yoga is a unique and personal journey that can bring mental and physical balance, allowing us to go deeper into self exploration and acceptance.
Vanessa Angus
Yoga Instructor
Vanessa brings a warm, welcoming energy to every class, helping you feel at ease from the moment you step onto the mat.
With a mindful approach, she begins each session gently, allowing the body time to ease into the practice and prepare for deeper postures. Her classes flow steadily, offering options for all levels and encouraging a progressive build in strength and flexibility.
Vanessa’s focus is on cultivating heat from within, creating a practice that nurtures both the body and mind, leaving you feeling empowered and grounded.
