Our terms and conditions include terms and conditions for this site's users and conditions relating to our studio's services. Any membership is subject to terms and conditions incorporated into the registration form and online booking system. Thus, it is subject to these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
The company reserves the right to vary and revoke terms and conditions from time to time whenever it considers it necessary or desirable for the regulation of internal affairs of the studio or the members' conduct.
Please carefully read these terms and conditions. May it be the purchase of any products or services on this site or in a studio, and use of this site. Therefore, all will be subject to these terms and conditions. Consequently, you agree to our terms and conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We have prepared the following Terms and Conditions for all registered clients that practice under our studio:
Classes are always subject to availability however we will do our best to accommodate you in your desired time slot or class.
Classes must be pre-paid and booked prior the class commencement.
No Refunds are offered for any purchases. Cancellations (in line with our 6-hour notice policy) will result in a reschedule, or a return of credit.
All registered clients agree to our 6-hour notice policy when rescheduling or cancelling a scheduled class. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must give a minimum of 6-hours’ notice, if you fail to give less than 6-hours’ notice you will be charged the full amount of the class fee.
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to the class. This allows you time to find your mat, relax and prepare for your practice. Late entries will not be accepted and will result in a forfeit of visit. This is out of respect and consideration for the teacher and other people in the class, as coming in late may result in the disturbance of the class.
Bookings must be made through our website via our booking system; all new clients must register to book their class prior to the class at: https://bookamat.co/register/client/the-yoga-manifesto
All 6.30am classes must be booked by 8.00pm the day prior to the class commencing.
Scheduled classes/teachers are always subject to change last minute. We will do our best to give as much notice as possible, however in the unfortunate event of any cancellation made by the studio, clients will be reimbursed for that cancelled class and rescheduled.
All members are responsible for the safety of their own personal belongings and do not take responsibility for the loss or misplacement of your personal processions.
No socks or shoes are to be worn during yoga practice
All members upon booking have carefully read and fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions.
Any damage to the property or contents of the studio are fully liable to those who caused damage and therefore are responsible to replace and/repair any property at their own cost.
HEALTH
Members with any health concerns including cardiac irregularities or low/high blood pressure should not attend class unless you have written permission from a medical professional within the past six months showing that you are in good physical health and can physically perform all yoga exercises. The studio must be notified of any health issues that the members will exacerbate through continued use of the studio.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS, DRESS CODE & SAFETY
Members are responsible for the safety of their own personal belongings and do not take responsibility for the loss or misplacement of your personal processions.
Members are requested to wear clothing that preserves their dignity throughout the full range of movement. Clothing considered inappropriate includes underpants and swimming costumes.
No socks or shoes are to be worn during yoga practice.
STUDIO HIRE
Any person upon confirmed booking for studio hire with The Yoga Manifesto agree to the below terms and conditions:
A non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the booking date.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the booking date.
The Café and Kitchen are not to be used unless discussed and approved prior to the booking date.
No food products are to be consumed in the Yoga Studio
Any damage to the property or contents of the Studio are fully liable to those renting the space.
The Yoga Manifesto is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any personal property.
SPA TREATMENTS
By booking a treatment at The Yoga Manifesto, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Pregnancy Policy:
- Treatments cannot be performed on those who are pregnant and under 12 weeks or in their 3rd trimester. Please inform us if you are pregnant to ensure the safety of both you and your baby.
2. Health & Wellness:
- Our therapies cannot be performed on individuals who are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or illicit substances. If a therapist believes you are not in a suitable condition for treatment, they reserve the right to refuse service.
- All clients are advised to inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their treatment.
3. Late Arrivals:
- Late arrivals of up to 20 minutes will result in a reduced treatment time to ensure our schedule remains on track.
- Arrivals of 20 minutes or more will result in the forfeiture of the treatment, and it will not be refunded or transferable.
4. Sunday Surcharge:
- All treatments scheduled on Sundays will incur a 10% surcharge. This payment is due on arrival at the spa.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the treatment, and it will not be refunded or transferable.
6. Gift Cards & Vouchers:
- Gift cards and vouchers must be presented at the time of your treatment. These are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Respectful Behavior:
- We expect all clients to behave respectfully and professionally while at The Yoga Manifesto. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the treatment.
8. Liability:
- The Yoga Manifesto is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after a treatment. By proceeding with your appointment, you assume full responsibility for your well-being.
By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
WARRANTIES
The company warrants that the products and services will be supplied with reasonable skill and care. A client shall not transfer sessions to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than himself/herself. Any assignment, transfer, or disposal of courses may only be allowed in exceptional circumstances and is at the sole discretion of the master trainer.
Besides, class fees are non-refundable and may be increased by the company at any time. Clients will get at least 14 days' notice before any such increase. Details of class times may vary from time to time at the studio and available at the studio or on our website.
IMPORTANT LIABILITY STATEMENT
The information available on or through the site and services supplied through or connected with this site does not constitute medical advice. Thus, it is your responsibility to determine you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is attained by appropriate medical advice. Consult your doctor before commencing any exercise regime.
In consideration of the company accepting a person as a member, the member has to agree that:
Neither the company nor its partners, instructors, nor employees are liable for injuries suffered by members. May it be caused wholly or in part by the member's failure to faithfully follow the instructor's instructions or by any physical impairment of self not fully disclosed to the studio in writing.
It is vital for both parties if you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information provided by you to us. On our side, we try to make sure all information contained on this website; provided by us to you as part of any services or products is correct. However, we do not accept liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any actions taken or injury suffered. May it be due to relying on any information on this website or provided via any services supplied by us to you.
Neither the company nor its partners, instructors, or employees are responsible for loss or damage to a member's personal belongings and property loss. We reserve the right to change the class schedule without notice and a change of instructor. You, your legal representatives, and your heir's release waive, discharge and covenant, not sue the company and its instructors for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
By booking and attending any class or workshop at The Yoga Manifesto, all persons and members agree to the below:
If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
Members understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated. If any person experience any pain or discomfort, they will listen to their body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the teacher. Members assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
Members understand that Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By booking, members affirm that a licensed physician has verified their good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program, if required. In addition, members will make the yoga teacher aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If pregnant, become pregnant or am post-natal or post-surgical, members upon booking verify that they have a physician’s approval to participate in such activities. Members also affirm that they are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at their own risk. Members hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that they have now or may have hereafter against The Yoga Manifesto and all related facilities and premises for any personal injury or negligence. Additionally, the facility, teacher and The Yoga Manifesto are not in any way responsible for any loss or damage of your personal property.
If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
